Does MW-SC01 require special litter?

Our specially designed filter openings are highly effective in filtering and separating various cat litters, including plant-based, bentonite, mixed, and crystal cat litter, among others.

Please note that the cat litter should not be larger than 0.59 inches in diameter to ensure optimal performance. For a cost-effective option, we recommend using clumping litter, which is known for its affordability and convenience.

Can kittens use MW-SC01?

Kittens and small cats that weigh less than 5 pounds may not be heavy enough to trigger the cat sensor. Therefore, kittens and small cats that weigh less than 5 pounds can use the MW-SC01, but not in automatic mode.

How many cats can use MW-SC01?

MW-SC01 is specially designed for multi-cat households, which eliminates the risk of cat trapping from the root. The overall space is large, the entrance is very low, and it is very convenient to enter and exit. Using gravity measurement to identify cats, each device can support adding 6 cats.

What if my cat won't use MW-SC01?

If you and your cat are not fully satisfied, simply return your MW-SC01 within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Does MW-SC01 have a weight limit?

The internal space of 57.6L is basically suitable for all kinds of cats between 3.3-18 pounds.

Does MW-SC01 pinch cats?

No, it is completely secure and reliable. This product features an innovative integrated waste collection design, allowing the waste collection box to rotate along with the drum, eliminating the risk of pinching the cat, ensuring safety and peace of mind. Infrared sensing can detect moving objects, and when the rotating machine detects a cat approaching, it will immediately stop to ensure the cat's safety.

How much litter do I need to put in at first?

Inside the drum, there is an indicator line that allows you to dump the litter flush with the line.

What are the dimensions of MW-SC01? Will it fit in my home?

How loud can MW-SC01 be when it's running?

The built-in ultra-quiet motor reduces noise to as low as 40dB that won't disturb you or family members.(40dB: a quiet library)

Do I have to use Meowant special waste bags?

No, you can use appropriately-sized soft garbage bags at home!

Is it possible to control the same machine with two different phones?

Yes, it is. After both phones download the app, they can share the machine by using the machine's ID.

Can one phone control two machines?

Yes, it can. Please update the app to the latest version and use the 'add device' feature to enable one phone to control two machines.

Is there any margin of error in the machine's weight recognition?

The weight deviation is ±200g. For cats whose weight has been input and matched within this tolerance range, the machine will automatically match and push the corresponding weight to the respective cat.

Do cats carry litter when they come out of the litter box?

Cats typically have a small amount of litter stuck to their paws after using the litter box. Therefore, we recommend using a litter mat at the entrance of the litter box (please do not place the machine directly on the litter mat).

How often should I change the cat litter?

For households with only one cat, we recommend changing the cat litter every 1-2 weeks.

Does the machine need the internet to work?

No, it can operate without an internet connection. The automatic cleaning process begins one minute after the cat departs from the litter box. Downloading the app will unlock additional features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Returns


What is the return policy?


We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website. Our logistics normally take 5-8 working days; please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
